Job Objective: The objective is to provide professional guidance to students interested in studying abroad in the empaneled set of universities overseas.
Responsibilities:
Convert pre-generated leads to productive leads with active participation in the counseling of students.
Taking end-to-end ownership of nurturing leads to final conversion into an enrollment.
Counseling students and parents to understand their needs and answer their questions about studying abroad and about specific universities.
Guide them on the best program for them according to their profile and accordingly explain the benefits of the product and why it is best suited for them.
Assisting students in filling out the university application and good understanding of the Visa application process for destinations i.e. USA, UK.
Maintaining MIS and database of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion
Ensure conversions of potential online leads from the study abroad section of the portal by virtual connects (Calls / Microsoft Teams / WhatsApp) into confirmed admissions in the partner universities / Institutions.
Requirements:
Mandatorily experience in International or overseas education counseling
Sales acumen and target orientation
Documentation, Excellent written and verbal communicatio
